We are writing to express our great pleasure with real estate agent Mary E. Diaz, who represented us in our recent purchase of a our first home.
Mary guided us through the entire process, from loan prequalification to searching for houses to making the offer and closing the deal. Her qualifications and communication style attracted us to her and we knew from our first meeting that she was fantastic. She patiently explained to us all the procedures and never felt overwhelmed as we always new Mary would be willing and ready to answer any questions. We credit her with a smooth, stress-free home-buying experience.
This was our first purchase of property, and never had we had such a pleasurable experience. Not only did she help us complete the purchase, but also spent countless hours helping us pick out paint colors, floor tile, roofing, etc. She knew we were starting out and took the time to make sure we would love our new home.

Dear Mary,
I just couldn't sleep this morning because of one thought that kept lingering: I hadn't yet written your recommendation letter! Well, this will have to do because my conscience cannot wait any longer for a nice piece of stationary or a well-composed and edited draft!
Darn it, you are the best! It is with great delight that in these difficult real estate-market days I can tell people that you found a buyer for our house after only seven days!!! And, you got us the price we had discussed beforehand,,,a very good sale, indeed!
Yes, you made us work for it. There's no doubt that if your clients will follow your instructions, they'll come out pleased. I can certify for anyone who might question whether or not it's worth it to, "Listen to Mary!" that you know your stuff.
